The Special Olympics of Northern Macedonia is a non-governmental organization that serves the needs of people with intellectual disabilitites, in order to socialize and integrate them into community through sports and recreation.The Special Olympics is a parallel organization of the Olympics Committee of North Macedonia and it is recognized by the International Special Olympics as a member.A unique fact about it is that it is the only sport organization that can bring the people from North Macedonia with intellectual disabilities to participate in World of European Champions as well as in the Special Olympic Games too.
